Privacy Notice

ANVIL TRACE is a LOOMRIFT service. This notice explains how account and product data are handled when you use Job Hunter, People Hunter and Application Agent.
Data we process
- Account identity, email, authentication provider, approval status and access grants.
- Saved searches, shortlists and application workflow data you choose to create.
- CV and profile information you upload. CV files are stored privately for the signed-in user unless a later feature clearly asks for transmission.
- Security, audit and service diagnostics needed to operate the product.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to provide the requested service, secure accounts, manage access, maintain records and improve reliability. Where consent is required, it is requested separately and can be withdrawn.
Public market data
Job and public professional information is indexed from lawful public or licensed sources. Source provenance is retained internally for audit, attribution and removal handling.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Service providers receive only the data needed to host, authenticate and operate ANVIL TRACE. Data is retained while the account or operational need exists, then deleted or anonymised subject to legal and security obligations.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact privacy@loomrift.com.
